I first started working with Mark just over a year ago. Having suffered from a knee injury sustained during rugby training (meniscal cartilage tear) and having been out of action for some time I was keen to get back on the pitch but had lost both my motivation and fitness. Having tried numerous different ways of regaining this, I was struggling and my weight rose to 16st 12lb. Mark offered to help me with his services and knowledge. Mark embodies change. Through his consistent and positive feedback/encouragement, he retrained both my mental strength and attitude along with helping me to retrain my mind/diet and body. In a short time I had regained the confidence I needed to get back down to the club and back on the pitch and to date I have played half a season back with the first team. Mark installed that confidence in me and as such my weight has reduced to 15st 4lb. Mark is a master of his craft who is incredibly bright and has a vast array of knowledge (including Wing Chun Kung FU) which combined with his spontaneous personality makes working out an experience. Hi Guys.
As someone who has been involved with fitness since I was 14 and taught Martial Arts for over 25 years I'd like to think I know a little bit about the whole fitness and well being ideals that Mark is instructing on. I have known him personally for many years and used his vast knowledge and ideas in many of my classes to which he has attended.
Marks encyclopedic knowledge and enthusiasm for this subject is vast and I'm sure with whatever goal you have he will be able to work with you and sort out a programme for your needs.
Some people have the knowledge but struggle to teach..Mark can do both and is a people person and his teaching methods are first rate.
Do yourself a favour and give him a try...you won't be disappointed.

I am a professional who doesn't have time for going to the gym or long workouts. I have worked with PT's in the past who have given me very long winded programmes that I just couldn't stick to. Mark gave me some nutrion guidelines that I could easily follow and a training prgramme that I do 3 times a week in 30mins. I have never been as fit and healthy as I am now and at 42 I have more energy that I did when I was in my 20's. Love working with Mark . I have had very bad posture and back ache for over 5 years. I had to visit my local physio on a regular basis as I have a desk job and things were getting pretty bad. I received a flyer from Mark and ended up booking several sessions with him. Initially, I just wanted help with my posture, but after the first few weeks I noticed I was looking better and feeling like I had more energy. I have had the pleasure of working with Mark via skype for Health Coaching sessions as I work away during the week. I never understood the difference between a personal trainer and a health coach until I met Mark. I had suffered from a number of health issues especially IBS which has caused me issues all my life. Through taking Marks advise and incorporating his techniques I have completely changed my IBS and it is pretty much gone. As well as that I am sleeping better and have loads more energy when I am home with my kids. I would highly recommend Mark and his services. He is very unique in what he offers as I have worked with many personal trainers in the past but with little results. Mark really takes the time to understand your problems and has a passion to help. After the birth of my 2nd child, I worked with Mark to help with some postnatal exercises. This was exactly what I needed and Mark helped me get my body confidence back. I was also suffering from stress and I worked with learning HeartMath with Mark that really helped me in many aspects of my life. I wish I had known about these techniques years ago and they have really shifted the way I think and feel. Mark is very professional but makes training fun. Diet is the most important aspect for health and mental well-being. I have learned this through my own health issues and unfortunately the media present nutrition and fad diets that make it very difficult for people to follow. " Yo Yo" dieting is a common term used for people that try a diet, lose some weight, then put the weight back on and repeat this pattern. This not only causes havoc on how you feel and look but completely devastates your metabolism which is the key process your body uses to burn fat and stay healthy. For me when looking at clients maximum well being you should focus on a 80% diet rule and 20% training. At the end of the day you cant out train a bad diet!

I love helping people. Health is my passion as I am also a training consultant. As a result, I do Health Coaching not because I have to, but because I want to. I love to see people feel better and have more confidence in their self and to wake up feeling the best the can be.

I have been passionate about health and fitness since i was 15. I was always the small, weak child at school, and as an adult I wanted to change that. I started training hard and investigating all aspects of fitness and health. I have found that working as a training consultant for many large businesses around the UK I have had to maintain high levels of resilience and strength with not having much time. Most PT's put there do personal training full time and this is where I am unique. As I still work in business I know what works and what doesn't when you have limited time. Some PT's expect you to live at the gym, but in the real world that isn't practical. As a result I realized I have a unique offering that busy people can follow and get amazing results. From this iamfit was born!

This is a home based Health Coaching/1-2-1 session that can be delivered face to face if you are based in Nottingham (within 10 miles of West Bridgford) or via skype or Facetime.

This is amazing especially when you begin feeling a draining emotion such as frustration, irritation, anxiety or anger. Find a feeling of ease and inner harmony that’s reflected in more balanced heart rhythms, facilitating brain function and more access to higher intelligence

This is a home based PT workout if you are based in Nottingham (within 10 miles of West Bridgford). You need to have a space large enough for minimal equipment e.g. dumb bells and a yoga mat. This session will be tailored to your needs and will be a personalised routine.
