The Wednesday class is fab as it is informative, educational, fun and challenging. Marc is a great teacher who brings the class to life and clearly passionate about this art form. Great class and venue. Marc, our instructor is very knowledgeable, every class is different and tailored to each persons' ability - I am constantly learning and developing. Marc is a fantastic instructor, throughout the course of 8 months he has taught me sparring, patterns and most importantly discipline. The course is structured in a way to help people of all levels and finds a way to excel in your capabilities. Reaction Combat Fitness recent competition entry produced medal winning competitors which is a testament to how good Marc is. It is something I look forward to after a long day at work were you find that you wouldn’t have pushed yourself as far without him.
