I like to know my clients plans and dreams for their business, so that I can create a clear path on how I can help them achieve these. Also it's important to be clear about all their current and future requirements.
What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We can offer accounting input i.e. preparing spreadsheets ready to be handed into clients accountants, but we also offer a full accountancy service too.

Administration Officer Meeting and greeting children and families, typing up letters, minutes, agendas etc. Appointment booking and diary management, as well as the booking of rooms at other businesses for the likes of contacts, training or information programmes. Answering telephones and taking detailed logs of all calls to liaise back to other members of staff. Other general office duties and the running of errands. I also often covered the role of Coordinator/Manager, where I was responsible for taking bookings, assigning staff and rooms, dealing with and resolving staff queries and general running of the whole centre to ensure everything was running smoothly. Contact Supervisor Supervising and supporting families during contact sessions. Writing up reports during contact, either as normal brief feedback every five minutes or so, or as verbatim reports - word for word account of what happens and is said during contact. Safeguarding children whilst having contact. Credit Controller Chasing and monitoring invoice system as well as credit control and debt collecting. Amending and checking invoices, occasionally creating them. Keeping accurate records of various companies processes of payment, making sure that client details are kept up to date. Feeding back and judging on whether legal proceedings need to be issued. Administration of warnings and legal proceedings. Updating filing systems to ensure efficient control over owed monies.

Calling up venues in and around London advertising our services, then going on to meetings with venue owners to put across our company. Liasing with venues and staff and arranging work shifts. Training new members of staff and transporting staff to and from work. Working in some of the biggest and best clubs and bars in London; serving customers with shots, networking, hosting parties and greeting guests etc.
Temporary Office Assistant
From January 2011 to January 2011.
I worked on Kier’s Isle of Grain site for National Grid on a temporary basis to assist with office duties which they had got behind with. During my short time there I was responsible for getting all filing up to date, as well as implementing more efficient ways of filing. Also, I had to go through a backlog of emails, roughly around 10,000 and put a system into place which enabled all users to be able to access and find theirs and their colleagues’ emails at ease, I had to firstly sort these emails into categories of sub-contractors. Arranging and check listing architects drawing plans for the site was also part of my role, this also involved liaising with all of the men on site. The manager at the time referred to me as 'The ultimate site admin'.
From July 2014 to August 2015.
During my time at ZB Projects I was responsible for liaising with clients, management and our clients’ staff, as well as creating over 500 weekly payslips and inputting their wage details onto the online payment programme and authorising these to be paid out. The ordering of stationary, hardware and particular payslips was also under my control. I also covered all other aspects of general administration; taking phone calls and messages, running errands, filing, booking meetings and taking minutes.
Chislehurst Construction Services
From August 2015 to July 2016.
During my time at this place of work I was responsible for the day to day running of the company’s payroll department where we were responsible not only for our own staffs’ wages but also other payroll contracts which we took on. I created weekly invoices for our clients, monitored payments, received time sheets from companies where I then was responsible for working out all deductions then sending the final wage figures on to my colleagues for those to be input onto our payment systems and paid out.
Executive Personal Assistant and Salon Manager
From February 2015 to October 2016.
For the PA part of my job I was in charge of booking all kinds of travel - national and worldwide, having to deal with the flights, accommodation, events and planning whilst travelling. I also had to run personal errands for my employers - helping with the upkeep of their house and cars, pick up and drop offs of people or items, diary management, accompanying on meetings and trips and anything else which was required of me. I also managed their salon which involved me over looking staff, attending the salon on weekends (and during the week as and when required), opening up and closing, making orders and stock checks, dealing with complaints, ensuring we were working in line with health and safety laws, maintaining advertisement profiles, booking courses for the staff, ordering new equipment and many other things. I was also involved in the interviewing and selection of new staff, as well as having to let staff go when necessary and the design and renovation of the salon.

From July 2016 to present.
I am head consultant for a large payroll company where I deal with marketing our services and initialising and maintaining business relationships with possible and current clients. These duties require me to go out on meetings outlining all the details and services which we offer as well as getting new companies up and running ready to have their staff paid efficiently.
