Rhonda has been managing two seaside properties in Aldeburgh for me over the past four years. She has done an excellent job of handling the many difficulties that occur in seaside properties. She has managed a wide range of problems including a leaking roof, dampness, the complete renovation of all the wood work in a Grade II listed abode of historical significance as well as the evicting of some very stubborn pigeons who were squatting on the perimeter of the house! Her versatility knows no bounds. She is also always contactable and quick to respond and always provides detailed quotes and interim reports. She has a keen eye for identifying potential problems and has this saved us money in many occasions. I would recommend Rhonda for anyone who has property that they need managed in an economical and efficient manner. Her subcontractors are first class and I can honestly say we have never had an issue with anyone of her associates who have performed repairs or installations on the properties. Her knowledge of the many different aspects and pitfalls of property ownership and maintenance is astonishing. Her knowledge of the finer points of building and council regulations is wide ranging and she has educated me on the finer points of owning Grade listed properties. She is a skilled negotiator and you couldn’t have a better person fighting your corner! We originally hired Rhonda to stage the decor of the smaller of the two properties and she very quickly identified a serious structural problem we were totally unaware of. She initiated and oversaw the damp coursing of the property as well as major roofing and plumbing repairs and installations. Her carpenter did an outstanding job in creating innovative and beautiful bespoke storage solutions in the kitchen and main bedroom. When the second Grade II multi level property was acquired we had no hesitation in putting her in charge of the many complex restoration work that was needed to restore the property to its former glory. Rhonda continues to manage both properties and we are so grateful for her calm and professional stewardship.

Rhonda dressed and staged our new build 6 bed 'A' rating EPC property in Ipswich. The house sold on the open day and all the help Rhonda had given was a key part in the sale.
