Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different properties. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me several homes until I found RB Gates.
When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.
Throughout the past several months, RB Gates has been there every step of the way. They have always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Their professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that they was just trying to sell me a property, but that there was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for myself.
I now consider RB Gates a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone that is searching for a new property, whether that is to invest or to turn into a home. Thanks again to RB Gates Real Estate Team for being such a pleasure to work with.

Fab experience from the highly professional team at RB Gates. I approached the team when I purchased a new home and needed to rent my former home (2 bedroom city centre apartment).
After initial consultant I was confident to allow my property to be marketed with the team. I gave them a profile specification of my ideal tenant and to my surprise all my requirements were met and surpassed. My apartment was let within the space of 10 days with all the credit and reference checking and deposit protection. I elected from the property management package and each month I now receive a direct debit and have a headache free buy to let. I would not hesitate to recommend RB Gates!!!

When we put our house on the market, RB Gates were very helpful in giving suggestions on selling strategy and gave us hints and tips on how to show our house off in the most advantageous way to maximise the possibility of an offer. We have helped so many clients across the years whether it be selling residential homes to selling businesses which have ultimately flourished once purchased. We have sold thousands of pounds worth of property and happy clients is the reason we keep going!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The business was set up by owners due to a troublesome business selling market. As the sales progressed and the years have gone by, we have now become a strong investment property and business selling agent providing further agency services which also include residential and commercial lettings!
