What do you love most about your job?
People are obviously paramount to what I do. I am passionate about helping people find their true potential and helping them back to optimum health from an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual perspective. The results I've seen over the last 11 years have been amazing and I've also made some fantastic contacts and friends along the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Reiki journey began back in 2005 after a car accident after which I started to question my goals, life purpose and journey. It became clear that work and relationship stress was leading to poor health, lack of spiritual depth and a longing to find some kind of 'answer' to the negative cycle I found myself in.
After much research, I discovered a fantastic Reiki Master/Teacher with whom I found great synergy and thus began a treatment programme and healing journey. Reiki was the perfect antithesis to the stressful lifestyle I had got used to and so began a friendship which culminated in my training and to subsequently pass on the many wonderful benefits of Reiki to a wider audience.

I truly understand people. With an empathic nature, I can give you a different perspective on your issues but without judgement and from a non-emotional viewpoint. I have been in business for 11 years and have treated a very wide variety of issues with fantastic results. My treatments and consultations treat you not only from a physical standpoint but from an emotional, mental and spiritual level too.
Traditional Reiki - £39 (90mins)
This treatment option is recommended for those who have never had a Reiki treatment before and is most effective for anyone that wishes to combine Reiki healing, colour counselling and a soul coaching treatment.
Your concerns and reasons for seeking treatment are discussed at the consultation stage though you need not divulge anything unless you wish to - the treatment will not be affected. The treatment is then explained in full so you know what to expect from the start to the finish.
This highly successful combination of therapies ensures that not only do you feel the full effect of an hour of healing Reiki energy but you will also have the opportunity for us to discuss what transpired during your treatment which is an important part in the success of this treatment. This treatment is non-diagnostic, non-interventionist, non-manipulative and no pressure is applied.
After the Reiki treatment, we can work through the issues which are causing you difficulties together and you can feel completely assured that not only are our discussions confidential, they are also conducted in a non-biased and non-judgemental environment ensuring that you are able to talk freely about anything.
Speedy Reiki - £19.99 (30mins)
When time is tight , try the NEW speed Reiki. Just 30 mins of pure uplifing and boosting energy to set you up for a busy week, exams, driving lessons, or any occasion when you just need a power surge of Reiki but dont have 90 minutes to sare for the traditional treatment. Pop in over lunch, after work, before or after exercise and jump into the comfortable covers ready to be 'blasted' with 30 minutes of nothing but Reiki. No need to discuss anything before or after - just 'be'!
