I contacted Jay when I realised the investigation service was available. I had an incident where I was overcharged in a car park (19 days!
) And the company refused to pay me back. Jay talked me through everything I needed to do and investigated the case. We ended up taking the car park through mediation and won the money back.
Jay was very professional and resourceful and I would definitely use their services again if I ever needed to!

What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy the role as every job offers other problems and issues that require a solution to them. We meet very different and interesting clients and when a solution is offered we can see and measure the successes of our professionalism.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving the military setting up a business that was supported by my skill sets seemed to be the natural option. Having served within the intelligence community I had brought a solid grasp of security to the industry.
