Excuses after Excuses as to why the job has not been completed.

Would not recommend. Full bathroom refurb problems incurred afterwards despite many messages and being informed someone would be out to rectify issues nothing. It's been more than 8 week now. I've had to pay someone else to rectify problems. More...

Kerry had every right to post her review But as i had previously explained via several telephone conversations my bathroom installer had suddenly left my business Consequently leaving me in a difficult situation The only decent and honourable thing to do was reinburse her for her Inconvienience We are both very happy with the resolution As you will see in Kerrys latest reciew Thank you so much for reading our genuine customer reviews and our genuine respones Thank you Peter

I was off work poorly with virtigo I phoned mr newby as soon as i was well enough to appologise There was nothing intentional regarding this at all I go to every quote i book on ad i do have to purchase these enquiries I am very professional with my approach to quotations

These bathrooms have only been done recently and are very unique Kat and Tony are the nicest people you could wish to meet We stopped for christmas break With probably 1/1/2 days left to snag the job As it was all steam punk themed which is very unique to say the least During xmas i got this review and phoned them immediately and was told no problem come in the new year which i did exactly that but i beleive in honesty and a review is a review and would never ask for them to be removed as they are there for more reasons than one Many thanks for reading our explanation

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business was something that had to happen as working for others and been dictated to and ill treated was not something i could tolerate as i believe you treat people like you would like treating yourself
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a full comprehensive service from quotation to completion and dont ask for large amounts of money upfront as we like the customer to feel comfortable all the way through our working relationship to completion of the works
