Terrible after sales service and really bad attitude from owners.
Used this company to install our alarm system and they did that fine.
However their after care and customer service is apalling. One of the directors Marina has a really unpleasant and unhelpful attitude. Phone calls hardly ever answered and messages rarely returned.
Would not use again and there are far better security companies out there

What do you love most about your job?
I get a real kick out of being able to advise clients without the hard sell. Finding the right, affordable solution to whatever problem they have. Security and Fire solutions do not need to be the headache that is often implied by others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in the industry for many years we noticed that scare tactics were often used, up selling excessive products and poor customer service was the norm for the bigger companies. We wanted to take a different approach - Good - Old Fashioned - Customer Service
