Rachel has been amazing from start to finish in the organisation not only for our holiday but also our wedding whilst we were away in Greece. She took a lot of stress away from us during the planning stages by dealing with the hotel herself and then relaying that back to us once she had sorted everything that we had asked. Not only did she have us to deal with but also another 20 people’s holidays to arrange so that they could be with us on the wedding day...some even from other hotels. I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough for what she has done for us and also for what she has achieved as I believe we were her first wedding abroad too! Rachel has now organised a short break to Dorset for me over Christmas and a family skiing holiday to Bulgaria that I have recently returned from. Both times I have used her she has been absolutely brilliant and come back to me very quickly with prices and amendments I asked for to totally suit my requirements. The accommodation and packages she suggested were an amazing standard and for an amazing price. Rachel helped organised an unforgettable New Years trip for my girlfriend and me. Booking only in August I was very late so finding something available and affordable myself was pretty much impossible. Rachel however powered through and found a last minute offer to visit the beautiful Malangen Resort in Tromso, Norway which included a private sea side(!) cabin, Husky sledding, a private jacuzzi and a NYE 5 course Gala dinner. We decided to use Rachel on recommendation from a friend to organise our honeymoon. To us this was once in a lifetime and we went all out. We decided on a safari but exactly what we were unsure. Rachel’s customer service from our initial enquiry was above and beyond. We were so very indecisive, weeks went by and Rachel gave us so many different suggestions and ideas, being so very patient along the way! We want to say a massive thank you to Rach for organising our honeymoon for us. With a wedding to plan it really was a weight off our shoulders knowing that someone else was doing the research and getting it all sorted for us. We had an absolutely beautiful week in Mauritius. It was somewhere we hadn't considered visiting before, but Rach listened to what we wanted from a honeymoon and she found us the perfect destination. It was the right mixture of luxury relaxation and adventure. The hotel was perfect with wonderful staff, and it was lovely to arrive from a long flight to a message from Rach wishing us a lovely honeymoon.
