I approached this company a few weeks ago when I was having trouble evicting a tenant who refused to move out at the end of a tenancy. I turned up with no appointment and was kindly met by Francessca who gave me solid legal advice for free. She followed up my visit with formal written advice and possible next steps. Francessca subsequently supported me over the next few weeks going back and forth with changes that occurred along the way. She was very responsive and never pushed for any route for financial gain but maintained supportive and professional with her advice. Although I did not end up proceeding with legal action on this case, I would highly recommend both Francessca and the Quality Solicitors company to anyone who needs advice and support on landlord services.
