Quality homecare is a privately owned domiciliary care company based in Formby, Merseyside and our geographical area covers Formby, Southport and the surrounding districts. Established in 2017 by two sisters Lindsay and Nicola the company was born out of a personal understanding, experience and commitment to providing high quality care to people in the comfort of their own homes.

Quality HomeCare Northwest Limited was born out of a personal understanding, experience and commitment to providing high quality care to people in the comfort of their own homes.

The combined expertise of the management team with their hands on experience of being care providers not just in the community but also to their own family members is at the heart of the organisations ethos which is implemented in our recruitment process. Employing, developing and retaining highly trained and experienced carers to provide a quality service builds the character of the company. The company operates an open door policy and listens and acts with compassion and warmth to all the needs of its employees and Service Users alike. We adopt a person centred view and all our Service Users receive care in the way that they want it delivered to maximise fulfilment and quality in all of their lives. Quality HomeCare endeavours to comply with all of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) “Essential Standards of Quality & Safety 2010”, we respect the privacy and dignity of all Service Users at all times as their dignity is a matter of prime importance to us, and all staff receive training in this area. Quality HomeCare seeks to reduce any feelings of vulnerability which Service Users may have as a result of disability or illness.
