With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed proven techniques to help my clients achieve beyond their expectations to lead happier healthier lives. I specialise in strength and conditioning, endurance training and reducing body fat, and take a holistic approach to my sessions, drawing on a wide range of techniques including Pilates, TRX and Kettlebells to keep training challenging but fun.
As a physical therapist specialising in injury rehabilitation, I offer specialist advice and treatment to help my clients recover from injuries or to help them increase performance. I apply proven techniques including sports massage, remedial massage and physical therapy to help them improve from physical and emotional stress.
However, it’s not all about sports injuries and performance enhancement, because I also offer Nutritional advice for Sports Performance, Weight Loss or Weight Gain, Nutrition Deficiencies and Diet Programmes.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Proper nutrition is one of the essential elements of being healthy and living a long life. As long ago as 400BC Hippocrates used the phrase "let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food".
By removing foods that make us feel tired and bloated, and replacing them with a healthy balanced diet designed to help provide the body with vital nutrients while also aiding work towards weight management goals, you will start to feel more energised, less stressed, reduced body fat and stronger immune system. My goal as a health professional is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through a bespoke personalised diet plan together with a properly supervised exercise programme.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Your work-out should definitely be challenging, but never boring! Keeping my training sessions challenging and fun is the perfect way to help my clients stay committed to their workout and always coming back for more. Drawing on a wide range of techniques including Pilates, TRX, Kettlebell and Yoga to keep training challenging but fun.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Stick with the basics. Don't worry about complicated or complex stuff like: don't eat carbs after 7 pm,'eat every 2-3 hours, etc.
If you want to lose weight, create a calorie deficit. If you want to gain muscle ' lift heavy weights and eat a little bit more.
Always remember, people who have great looking bodies are people who consistently train hard and plan their diet.
My goal as your personal trainer is to make your training fun, and interesting so don't notice your training is hard. As a qualifies nutritional therapist, dietary supplement specialist and detox specialist, I can help you plan a diet programme that's realistic to your goals.

Seeing the psychological and physiological transformation, that I bring to my clients through diet or exercise or both.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Every client is different and unique to the goals they want to achieve. Every personal trainer is different and specific to the way they train their client to get results. I found that becoming self-employed was the only way I can combine my expertise as a nutritional therapist, physical therapist and personal trainer to deliver precise results for my clients.
