With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed proven techniques to help my clients achieve beyond their expectations to lead happier healthier lives. I specialise in strength and conditioning, endurance training and reducing body fat, and take a holistic approach to my sessions, drawing on a wide range of techniques including Pilates, TRX and Kettlebells to keep training challenging but fun.

I started going to PT Eddy for sports massage following receipt of a Groupon voucher gift. I called into Prime Fitness Clinic on a day when I'd had enough of the weakness in my body caused by stress, clinical depression, untreated whiplash injuries. I knew from the first massage therapy session that I had come to the right place. I've had weekly massage combined with targeted pilates stretches to practice daily. Each week I experience another step up the ladder to improved posture, flexibility and strength and my levels of pain in injured muscle continues to reduce. I am about to incorporate group training into my week and would encourage anybody who wants remarkable and safe rehabilitation from injury to see Eddie for a consultation. After purchasing myself a groupon voucher I pull my back which resulted in a slipped disc and nerve damage. I'd attended physio over the last few months (elsewhere) which had helped a little but have been in constant pain for ~6mths. My voucher was due to so I took the plunge to see what Eddie could do. As a Scoliosis sufferer with constant back pain, I decided to join Prime Fitness Clinic. In just 6 weeks after 5 sessions of treatment and at least 3 visits to the gum a week to do Pilates, Yoga and many other exercise classes, I now have no back pain and have lost 18cm around my tummy and 6cm around my thighs, great result all round. Proper nutrition is one of the essential elements of being healthy and living a long life. As long ago as 400BC Hippocrates used the phrase "let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food".

By removing foods that make us feel tired and bloated, and replacing them with a healthy balanced diet designed to help provide the body with vital nutrients while also aiding work towards weight management goals, you will start to feel more energised, less stressed, reduced body fat and stronger immune system. My goal as a health professional is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through a bespoke personalised diet plan together with a properly supervised exercise programme.

Your work-out should definitely be challenging, but never boring! Keeping my training sessions challenging and fun is the perfect way to help my clients stay committed to their workout and always coming back for more. Drawing on a wide range of techniques including Pilates, TRX, Kettlebell and Yoga to keep training challenging but fun.

Stick with the basics. Don't worry about complicated or complex stuff like: don't eat carbs after 7 pm,'eat every 2-3 hours, etc.

If you want to lose weight, create a calorie deficit. If you want to gain muscle ' lift heavy weights and eat a little bit more.

Always remember, people who have great looking bodies are people who consistently train hard and plan their diet.

My goal as your personal trainer is to make your training fun, and interesting so don't notice your training is hard. As a qualifies nutritional therapist, dietary supplement specialist and detox specialist, I can help you plan a diet programme that's realistic to your goals.
