I don't know if this is the right website. I live in Slough and could not find a Slough branch. They have been cleaning my windows for three years, and I recently decided to get them to clean my gutters. I spoke tro them on the phone, and was told that the price was £150, but would get a 40% discount if I had it done six-monthly, to which I agreed. A man came round to do the cleaning, and a few days later I got an email saying they were going to charge me $150, not the agreed £90. After many fruitless emails I cancelled the direct debit, and an hour later they emailed me saying they would accept £90. That same day I had a man round to do repairs to my roof. He showed me handfuls of vegetation from my gutter, and said they had not been cleaned for years. So Pryor's tried to fraudulently overcharge me for work they had not actually done. Lots of water sprayed on the windows and everywhere else but the brush barely made contact with the glass so the windows were not cleaned. The “guarantee” is apparently to send the cleaner back - which they did- but he still didn’t brush any dirt off the windows. So no guarantee to actually clean the windows!, An expensive mistake which I would recommend avoiding. More...

Dreadful company. Cleaning semi standard, windows ok but surrounding still dirty. Flooded my hall way with the water, obviously my sills not strong enough on my front door for the water power, but cleaner not worried by it. Called to cancel and the agent was rude, Had to pay for all 3 cleans that they say you sign up to even though they will not be coming again as I do not see the point! Will never use a big company again they just do not care and the customer service is shocking..... More...

Extremely disappointed with the service due to cross wires as to what they were cleaning made contact right away with them and they didn’t want to know do not recommend them.payed £110 for 15 minutes work.

My first clean, I got a text the night before as promised; came home yesterday to sparkling windows, surrounds AND sills, even the front door windows/lights were included! I have a large lantern skylight which was done but one side couldn't be seen from the ground and still had winter green on it, called them this morning and within half an hour Chris was back, asked permission to get onto the extension roof and cleaned the section then the whole lantern again. Fantastic service! Very happy and very happy to recommend! Thank you. Also, the ladies in the office were cheerful and very helpful too! Good job all around. More...

This was the first time I had used Pryor's & must admit after reading some reviews I nearly cancelled! However the gentleman who came was very polite, got cleaning straight away and knocked on the door once he had finished to ask if I was happy.
The clean is excellent & the window frames gleaming white.
Am so pleased I didn't cancel, so I would say try for yourselves first before making any judgement!
