James O'Rourke, Pro-Found MD, has been responsible for the current development of my new build home in Coldingham, Scottish Borders.
James has been instrumental in developing the plan I gave him and driving through the myriad of technical detail associated with engineers, planners and building standards. He has done this in the background making things much easier for me to concentrate on getting the house me and my wife Laura wish for.
Pro-Found operate a small team out of Berwick, but they are willing to travel as far as Edinburgh and furthers should there be a requirement. I have been involved from the outset and been able through dialogue, to have pretty much unfettered access to James, in order to keep my own thoughts on the development at the forefront of what is being worked on.
The areas where I feel James and the company excel, is the absolute attention to detail and quality control associated with every aspect of the development and all the trades involved. This transcends into the best possible house being built with exceptional U-Values, through high levels of quality insulation products, coupled with renewables utilised to heat the house and keep the future running costs at a minimum.
If anyone is looking for an honest and transparent building experience, then they should seriously consider approaching and discussing their needs with James and his Pro-Found team of quality tradesmen.
