This was a more expensive quote than others for the same work but they had paid more attention to the work needed, laid it out clearly in the quote, so I felt that the extra cost was worth it. I was also able to negotiate extra work easily. They arrived when they said they would, were always polite, friendly and got straight on with the job and as a result, the work took 2 rather than the 3 estimated days. Anthony and his tam arrived bang on time, to the minute. His team worked two very long days to complete to programme, clearing around half a ton of dried moss from a large domestic roof. We agreed the cost of additional work, the rebedding of roof tiles and chimney pots, which was evidenced through before and after photographs. The work was completed exactly to budget. (He even returned to refix the aerial free-of charge).
