What a transformation! The team were exceptional and kept me updated with all the works being undertaken on my kitchen. Prime services worked with me to ensure we looked at a range of options within my budget to achieve my vision.
To my surprise my kitchen tap had been fixed with no extra charge ! Thank you.

What do you love most about your job?
At Prime, we love being able to provide customers with a service that they would recommend and use again. The joy of doing what we do is being able to see customer reactions when they are happy with the service we have provided, this is by far the thing all staff at Prime love most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prime is a family run business and was the brain child of Owner and CEO Samuel Gumble. He believed there was a gap in the market for a home and garden service provider that would provide value for money and professional workmanship whilst giving customers access to multi service discounts. Sam has a 12 year project management background and was interested in ways to use the latest technology to create a servicing company that was responsive and transparent with simple and elegant processes as well as providing quality workmanship.

In a nut shell, we get repeat business and good recommendations, therefor grow based on the good work we do. We are a fully insured contractor that takes what we do very seriously. We are H&S compliant and we are always available to provide advice to our ever growing customer base.
All the quotes we provide are 100% transparent and no additional or hidden costs will ever be added. What you are quoted is what you will pay.
