I've recently had my annual service (BMW 530i - OLD, 2006 model) and needless to say it cost just north of £1K. However, that did include four new (run flat) tyres.
All taken care of in-house by PP (KwikFit NOT involved).
I had one year of warranty repairs initially and then two years where I persisted with heading off to the dealer (Garston) for out of warranty repairs / servicing.
In year three, I remembered Prestige Performance as I'd taken a Saab I foolishly had bought there once after a dodgy garage in St Albans failed its MOT on something I was sure wasn't an MOT failure (it was the garage that used to be off Watson's Walk. Houses built there now).
I have always found Prestige Performance consistently helpful, courteous, frank and accurate. Great communication, great prices (compared to main dealer) and most helpful throughout. I kicked myself for sticking to bloomin' BMW / Garston for longer than necessary.
Post-the £1K service, the car is like new (four new tyres always help). I feel I have definitely got my money's worth.
Something about some of the negative reviews for PP on here don't ring true. While every garage / retailer / restaurant can have an 'off' day, there's nothing about any of my (several) visits to PP that have a down-side, apart from the bills that go hand-in-hand with 10 year old BMW ownership.
A few people on here seem to resent having to pay AT ALL for great engineers to take care of their vehicle, while a few of the negative reviews read just a little bit too much like local competitor garages trying to pull a fast one.
I fully recommend Prestige Performance. Sensible, honest, frank, excellent LOCAL engineers who will keep your car on the road and in top condition at a great price.

Having tried several garages before, i decided to try Prestige Performance this time at St. Albans. The reviews i read were very helpful in making this decision. I had a MOT and inspection 2 service for my BMW. Steve, Barry and team were completely professional and did not add any additional costs. they mentioned a few but also said that they could be done at a later date.
