I called in on Monday after sending them a message on their eBay store. Lee was very helpful giving me a full run down of the spec and allowing me a sound test on the items in comparison.
He also did thorough checks to make sure the Bluetooth on the set would work with my tale. In the end I left very satisfied and a lot of money lighter! I would highly recommend and I will 110% be returning.

The service and aftercare by Premier sounds was personal and very prompt. It was nice to deal with a local business that cares for its customers before and after the sale has occurred.
They do not force their views onto you, but allows you to form your own view of the product.
The selection of products in the shop is great, they are not trying to supply the normal HI FI goods you can get from other local shops, but they have set up a shop that allows you to get close to new products that are normally not available in Cornwall Shops before. Really worth a visit.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their audio visual dreams and seeing the joy on the clients face when they see what we have created together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We felt that the personal touch was being lost with the majority of shopping being done online. This means that the customer didn't seem to get any support when it comes to the setup and installation of their purchase. We felt the best way to combat this was to create Emotivv and offer that good old fashioned personal bespoke service.
Why should our clients choose you?
Above all we treat every client as we would like to be treated, if there are questions then we will find answers and explain what is happening throughout each step of the process. We work on the basis that if we would not do it in our house then we would not do it in a clients house meaning that each job is treated like our own.
