What can I say? The same thing happened to us DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Took £16,000 off us for an annex, no work getting done so asked for our money back. Apparently it was ‘frozen’ in his account and kept promising us the money back, never came. He uses his lazy sons as ‘tradesmen’ and brings bricks in the boot of his car🙄 not up to trading standards so had to pay again for an actual professional to do the job. Has a ccj against the company now and still waiting on our money back. By the looks of things, he owes a lot of people money so not holding my breath. Absolute con artists. Took a lot of our our money for an extension (we were too trusting) hardly ever turned up over a 3 month period, came up with endless excuses and in the end didn’t show up anymore. The building inspector cane out and everything was illegal as he hadn’t paid the building regs (we gave him money for this) and all the work was botched and dangerous. We have had to have it all pulled down & started again. He still owes us 13k. Sends lots of messages promising he’s paid the money but nothing ever materialises. In the process of taking legal action & trading standards are aware. Do not use Paul he comes across very accommodating but is full of excuses & lies and the work he did do didn’t meet any legal standards.
