Michael came recommended by our plasterer too! We employed him to repaint two of our wooden framed exterior windows in the Spring of 2019. He explained at length the paint techniques he uses and was prepared to accommodate the fact we have an established wisteria surrounding one of the windows. This meant it had to be done when the weather was good, but before the leaves and flowers came out. Michael was very pleasant, hard-working, thorough and tidy. There was one minor mishap when a pane of glass broke, but this was dealt with in a very professional manner. The windows look great, and it is likely Michael will return next year to paint the remaining windows in the house. Obviously we cannot comment on the longevity of the paint finish, but with ongoing maintenance, we are hoping it will be long-lasting. Five stars next year...Mr & Mrs O, Emmer Green More...

There are painters and decorators and then there is Michael Powell! Michael takes his craft to new heights. Every stage of the process is undertaken with enthusiasm, precision and professionalism. We had a detailed consultation, Michael listened to what we wanted and he was able to give good guidance and advice. He gave a date and time to start the work and a finishing date which he met. His preparation was extremely thorough and this resulted in absolutely no mess to clear up. Most importantly, the finished work is totally faultless – it looks and is amazing. We are hoping that Michael will be able to come back in the Spring to help us with our next project. Michael came highly recommended to us by our plasterer, who is also second to none. We have known Michael for over 10 years, and he has worked on several projects in two of our homes, including an entire house renovation. Frankly, we would not use anyone else, as Michaels attention to detail and expertise is a unique quality. his workmanship is neat, tidy, precise and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to achieve a high end result that shows true craftsmanship. He is a pleasure to have in our property, and with enthusiasm, listens to your needs and requirements. These are executed in a professional and positive manner.
