Well i have used the Portsmouth branch several times over the years and found them always to be helpful, visited the Farlington branch and found exactly the same, chap at the counter (sorry didnt get your name) offered some advice and a couple of tips for my shower cartridge (now works) then proceeded to help me with my problem with my sink (now fixed).
