What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is a dessert I designed which was featured on MasterChef which includes chocolate soil, ice cream, tempered chocolate and salted caramel sauce.
However, we absolutely love coming up with new and exciting menus that are unique to the event.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our goal at any event is for the food and experience to be memorable, which means it has to be special. Because of that we design all of our menus bespoke, starting with an initial conversation with the client and working out exactly what they are looking for and then coming up with some fun and exciting menus to choose from. We then create everything in house from scratch.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting lots of lovely people and creating special experiences and memories. I also love designing new menus and coming up with new dishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After my success on MasterChef I ran a couple of pop-up restaurants which were incredibly popular and everything has snowballed from there!
