Counselling is not an easy journey to undertake. Counselling, especially long term therapy, involves revisiting and reliving past mistakes and heartaches.

Persistent and continious denial serves only one purpose, to keep us trapped in destructive patterns of behaviours; behaviours that have been handed down from generation to generation.

Negative and abusive behaviours are not in our DNA. These are learned behaviours and as such, can be unlearned. It requires awareness, persistence and compassion; compassion for the self and eventually for those who have hurt us.

By taking responsibility of our own actions and weakness, we give others, especially our children, permission to do the same.

This is how generational patterns of negative and abusive behaviours are finally stopped and you will see...there is another way to be.

I can help you with relationship problems, negative thought patterns, depression, anxiety, self harming and self destruction behaviours, anger.

I have extensive and specialist training and knowledge in Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and all it's related traumas; PTSD, Dissociation Personality Disorders etc.

​I also work with EAP (Employee Assistance Programmes) providing short term therapy to Corporations and Company employees; assisting clients (using CBT, Mindfulness and other strategies) to manage, control and live with anxiety, uncertainty and life in general.

My fees are £50 for a 50 minute session. I offer concessions on my fee, this is dependant on clients personal financial circumstances.

Please note I do not work on weekends or offer home visits.
