We hired PML Construction to take on a single storey side-return extension at our property in early 2021. From the moment we met Patrick, we were impressed with his professionalism - he provided a really clear and detailed (and competitive!
) quote and schedule of works and was happy to put us in touch with previous customers before we went ahead.
The team on site were punctual, polite and very tidy, and we had lots of clear communication about the work that was being done week by week, which meant we didn't have any nasty surprises along the way. Their various tradesmen were all very knowledgeable and proactive at coming up with solutions to any challenges that arose, and worked well with each other to ensure the project was completed on time, in budget and to a really high standard.
We're really pleased with the end result, and are very happy to recommend PML Construction to others!

Darrel and his team are professional and excellently skilled. Darrel was able to identify issues with our roof and guttering which were unfortunately left by a previous builder. Andre the builder was very polite (wearing a mask and taking off his shoes when entering the house -he then asked if it was OK to put his shoes back on to do the work in the kitchen! ), he worked very hard without a break (he worked 2 half days) and was very pleasant and the result of his work was excellent. In the bad weather at beginning of December a major leak occurred down chimney breast in bedroom. I found PML via the Checkatrade webpage. Despite the problems of Tier restrictions, bad weather and a very full order book as a result of the years disruptions, Darren visited the site assessed the work and came back with a start date just over a week later. very clear with the repairs they were proposing for my flat roof renovation, including the types of material they were going to use and how long it would take. The tradesman who came to do the repairs was very polite and he also explained what he was going to do and confirmed that I was happy with that, before proceeding to do the work. All the waste and excess materials were bagged up and removed from the site and the completed work was then explained to me again to ensure I was happy with everything, before he left the site.
