What information do you need from a client before you start work?
General summary of what they are trying to achieve, elements they require (print, marketing support, raise awareness, online etc). Timeframe of work and if it has the potential to be ongoing.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We cater for all types of printing, however unique - we have a wealth of experience in this field working across the UK and internationally. We can get the best results at great prices, quickly.
Display printing - signage, large format, understanding fire ratings of materials, fixings, we can assist on any bespoke project and help manage to point of delivery and even installation if required.
Describe your creative process.
Your identity is what sets you apart
Your brand says a lot about you, its how you come across. So we need to appeal to your target market, build loyalty and reassurance.
Here at Pip we have the knowledge and skills creatively to lay the foundations to build great brands. This will only be determined by results, not by you or us liking or disliking what has been produced, but what is right for your brand and your target market.
We have an experienced Creative Director, who will collaborate directly with you your requirements and set to work researching and thinking about a given project campaign and how best to deliver. We also have creative writers who will assist in the process.

A full understanding of what they would like to achieve and what is their end goal on any given campaign or project.
For basic design and artwork - As much detail they can provide on the content, channels they would like to target and appear in.
