I came across Natalie and her ironing service after I had been let down badly by another person. Natalie is very professional and this is also reflected in her business. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her team and she always helps where possible. The quality of the ironing is as good as I would get using some top end hotels laundry service, and at times even better.
I have also recently started using Natalie for her cleaning service for my mother who due to health issues is no longer able to manage. My mother has such high praise for the regular lady that visits every week to do her cleaning.

Just brilliant! I don't have a regular slot, I simply contact Natalie by text when I need some ironing doing, she comes and collects and then delivers it back when it's all done - usually next day and always within a couple of days. If you need help quicker just ask and Natalie will always do her best to accommodate. Overall a friendly, efficient, quality, competitively priced service. AVOID AVOID AVOID I sent of 15 shirts and was totally robbed of my money at first their serviced seem great Natalie was on time and the ironing was ready when she said it would be unfortunately my ironing came back looking like it hadn't even be done so i had to re do it!
when making a complaint i was expecting at least some of my money back considering I after all ended up doing most of it. After sending photos to them and explaining the problem trough facebook Natalie offered to come back and collect the ironing but at this point i was already half way trough finishing it so it seemed pointless.
when I rang Natalie the following day to see what she had to say, she made it out like there shouldn't have been a problem and it could have been the material of the shirts ..... Ive never had a problem getting creases out of them so im putting it down pure laziness! after going backwards and forwards Natalie finally offered me a gesture of good will of wait for it ....... a credit note of £5 to use with her company! I politely declined this gesture as I will never use them again and I will not be recommending them :) More...
