What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is playing a pivotal role in making my clients dreams come true. For most people getting on the property ladder and having a home that they can call their own seems far fetched in todays economy. i particularly enjoy meeting different clients everyday with each case presenting its own challenges. Whether its a helping a first time buyer getting on the property ladder, someone re-mortgaging, moving home, starting there investment portfolio, or an experianced property developer; no two days are the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having personally worked for a few large corporate lenders, i did not like how clients were treated as just another number on a spreadsheet, and therefore not given the service they deserve. I pride my self in the level of customer service i offer, and this is reflected in the high level of repeat business and client referrals i recieve.
Why should our clients choose you?
At Pinnacle Finance we are not your everyday mortgage brokers. We offer a consultancy service which is second to none helping our clients obtain their mortgage and/or loan facility. We are able to do this via our detailed home buying process where in essence we hold the clients hand every step of the way ensuring their journey with Pinnacle Finance is a seamless one.
