We hired Pineapple Property after interviewing quite a few interior designers. Although our house renovation was finished we were struggling to furnish the house. We knew the look we wanted but couldn’t piece it together. We immediately had a good feeling about Louise and Matt and felt they would deliver what we wanted rather than push their own style. They were patient and worked around our timetable, whilst always being available for advice. We are really pleased with the finished project and feel we have the perfect family home to suit our lifestyle. We would highly recommend Louise and Matt. More...

Louise and Matt helped me renovate my flat in Shoreditch and I literally could not have done it without them. They completely re-designed my kitchen / living room and a guest bathroom using their trusted suppliers and contractors which made the whole process stress-free and cost effective for me.
Louise and Matt are extremely professional but also made the process fun. They provided a really useful and detailed forecast budget upfront and were always willing to find more alternatives if I wasn't 100% sure about a decision. They sourced all the materials, lighting and furniture and made great recommendations about how to accommodate the pieces I already owned.
Cannot recommend enough. Thanks guys!

Lou and Matt helped us create an amazing Kitchen and bathroom in our Victorian terrace. They supplied and installed all the components. From start to finish in the process they were fantastic not overlooking any small detail. It was such a help having them help us as we felt assured in the full process that everything was going to plan. The 3D renders they produced at the start of the process really helped bring the project to life and helped us picture what it would all look like. We are thrilled with the final result and couldn't recommend them highly enough. More...

Q&As

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is an opportunity for us to meet face to face and ask some simple questions, so as to obtain a deeper understanding of the way you live, your desired style, your likes and dislikes as well as your overall ambitions for the project. We will also discuss the budget and identify any potential issues with regards the scope and feasibility of the project. We will follow this meeting up with a written proposal, outlining our understanding of the brief, timelines as well as our proposed fee.

DESIGN CONCEPT

Following our initial meeting, we set about producing a design concept. This will be presented in the form of mood boards, sample materials and scaled room layout designs. This will include incorporating any existing treasures, furniture and artwork that you may wish to keep and include within the design. This is very much a collaborative stage of the project where we encourage our clients to provide us with as much input as possible.

TOUR

Once we have agreed upon an initial design concept, we accompany you on a series of tours to relevant showrooms. This will allow you to view a vast range of options for all elements of the project and will help us to further hone in the desired materials, furnishings and fittings.

DETAIL & SPECIFICATION

Once all elements in the design concept have been agreed, the project moves to a more detailed design and specification stage. Every element of the scheme is designed and specified for you to sign-off. This specification / materials list will include details as to the time line, preferred suppliers and itemised costings. Samples (flooring, wall coverings, fabric etc) are presented for discussion and client approval as well as designs for any joinery concepts.

PROCUREMENT

We utilise our extensive range of contacts and trade only accounts to source materials, furniture and fittings at heavily discounted prices, which generally range between 15%-40%. We manage the delivery lead-times of all items and are able to arrange through our trusted partners, for your items to be consolidated and delivered, installed and assembled within a specific window of time.

DRESSING & REALISATION

Once the project is nearing completion we are able to offer a turn key service which incorporates cleaning and dressing of the property. This includes placing of all of the client’s existing furniture, art work and other treasures to make the newly renovated property feel like home.
