We believe that the customer deserves the best possible service which is what we offer along with the most affordable prices within the area. We operate on a collect, repair and return basis. This service includes original Windows 10 Professional Key.

This service includes original Windows 10 Professional key and a 1 year subscription for Bitdefender Plus 2019.

Software Installation
This service offers installation of a single software on a system. It does not include any product keys or subscriptions. Multiple software installation discounts are available. Examples of softwares : VPNs, Antivirus, Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc.
Diagnostics
This service offers a 30 minute diagnostic for the device in order to find out any faults. This service does not include any repairs or parts. If further diagnostics is required you will be charged £20 for an additional 30 minutes.
Virus Removal
This service offers virus removal on the system. The price is dependent on the amount of viruses and their severity. This service does not include an antivirus product key.
Language Change
This service offers change of the language on the system. This service includes the desired language drivers.
Back-Up / Restore
This service offers data back-up, data restoration or data transfer. The price is dependant on the size of data.
PC Service
This service offers core hardware component testing for fault identification; operating system software repair and system file patching, device driver repair and configuration, disassemble and fan cleaning, remove hardened thermal paste and apply fresh paste to heatsinks.
Laptop Service

PC Hardware Upgrade
This service offers hardware upgrade for the desktop machines. This service does not offer any parts. Apple devices start from £35.
Laptop Hardware Upgrade
This service offers hardware upgrade for laptops. This service does not offer any parts. Apple devices start from £45.
Laptop Keyboard Replacement
This service offers keyboard replacement for laptops. This service does not offer any parts. Apple laptops start from £35.
Custom PC Building
This service offers a consultation (in order to build the right machine) and the actual building process. The price is dependant on the difficulty of the build and the type of cooling required. This service does not offer any parts.
