What do you love most about your job?
Coaching is the best part of what I do.
As a trained psychologist I get involved in a range of activities that support the personal and professional development of people - assessment, 360 feedback, psychometric personality tools, team facilitation, workshop delivery and training. All this work fuels me - building my competence and skill to understand and help others. One-to-one coaching is where that skill and experience comes together and can be channeled directly to the individual, in order to move them forward and achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When you successfully help someone through coaching and see a person grow in confidence and skill, it's hugely rewarding and inspires me to work with others. My guiding purpose is to build greater ownership in others for their lives and let them release the huge reserves of capability they have. Coaching is great way to put that into practice
I believe that total accountability to myself to build a coaching practice and deliver value to clients is the path that will make me the best professional I can be
Working independently allows me to work in my own way - to have the freedom to be total client / coachee focused to meet their needs and not limited by any organizational process or methodology.

I have a track record of coaching many people over the last 15 years - helping men and women, the younger and older, senior leaders and career starters, to be happier, healthier, more empowered and in control of their own destinies.
I have invested and continue to invest in my professional competence in order to best help you. I hold a Msc in Occupational Psychology, and a Senior Practitioner Diploma in Coaching. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and Academy of Executive Coaching. Most importantly I engage in my own coaching supervision - basically I am coached myself on a regular basis to maintain the highest standards of service that I can offer to you. (Tip - if you choose me - great! If you want to work with another coach - that's great too! However make sure they have their own supervision in place. Ask them and see for yourself the level of commitment they have to their own standards and to the coaching profession)
