In the many months I’ve worked with Phil, I’ve learned so much on the importance of stretching, which has really helped with my flexibility and training, also making improvements to my form.
Phil is reliable, understanding and consistent, there is variety to sessions, which are tailored specifically to my goals. From flexibility, strength and weight training to boxercise. Phil’s knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and the preparation and effort he puts in to designing workouts, specific to you, is clear to see.

I have been training with Phil for over a year now. In this time I have lost weight (obviously) but also gained a lot more energy and strength. His persistence keeps me focused and committed to a five-day weekly training schedule. He helped me develop a new attitude and determination to get better! First class professional service. started seeing Phil in March. With his knowledge, even my back was strengthened after only a couple of weeks, which allowed me to sleep through the night without waking up in pain. Helping and seeing people achieve their goals is the most rewarding aspect of this job, from weight loss to building muscle and even running the London marathon, if you put your mind to it you can achieve anything, fitness can revers some conditions and FACT make you live longer
What inspired you to start your own business?
I changed my own fitness routine and my mindset and started to rediscover the things I loved doing which was coaching and developing people, now I combine fitness and development
