We’ve been very impressed with the services that Peter Anthony has provided acting as our managing agents. They have a wonderful team of people who will go out of their way to help in a variety of ways. We have a small block of shops with flats above them. Thanks to Peter Anthony the property is now fully occupied with both commercial and residential tenants. They have their own maintenance team who have done a great job in refurbishing the flats for us, and they then very quickly found suitable tenants to occupy them. They provide us with regular statements which are both simple to understand and sufficient for our own records.
