I’ve known Bob for years and I can say that’s he is a great trainer who is a very experienced martial artist, knowledgeable in different styles as well as all aspects of health and fitness.
Bobs approach to training is very thoughtful, honest and open minded. He has the ability to see what motivates people and will work with them to achieve their potential.
Some of the best training sessions I have ever had have been with Bob, and it is always fantastic catching up with him whenever possible.

Robert is an excellent coach, during his session I was relaxed and at ease he creates a positive and energetic session to really get the best out of you .
He pushes you and encourages you when needed to help get you through the harder parts of his sessions .

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I set short and long term goals. These could be as simple as fitting into a new dress or pair of jeans, looking good for summer or preparing for a competition. I make them accountable by monitoring progress via fitness level, weight, strength or whatever their personal focus is.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is there are no secrets! I will empower people to take charge of their Diet (including drink).Encourage them to hit the gym, watch food portions, take rest days where appropriate. Commit to the task.

The thing I love most is helping people and making a positive impact on their lives
What inspired you to start your own business?
A lot of my friends and colleagues recommended that I start my own business. This really empowered me to believe in myself, Plus I really enjoy working on a one to one basis with people

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have bought outdoor training equipment such as squat racks and benches to be used if front of our gym,identified outdoor training venues throughout the city and implemented online training via zoom or video conferencing
