Alistair catered for a surprise dinner party (for 4) for my brother’s 70th birthday. Alistair took time to discuss the menu choices with us, and we were certainly not disappointed. Every mouthful was a delight from canapés to dessert. Then came the homemade Scottish tablet - what a joy. Looking forward to using Alastair’s services again. We hired the services of Alastair & Chantall after some considerable searching on the internet.
Having never brought a Chef in to cook on site before it was a fairly big decision to take as of course you always hope that family occasions will be memorable and the food the focal point .
So I made contact with a few companies and in the end based on reviews, pics online and the most excellent comms between Alastair & I, I booked.
Every detail was discussed via email, nothing was left unturned and sure enough...
Any worries were rapidly dispelled as Alastair served up dish after dish of pure perfection, from start to finish the Food & Service was amazing.
We were completely at ease having them in our home, they are incredibly professional, friendly and efficient.
Being used to Five star Hotels & Michelin starred Restaurants (Foodie at heart) I can honestly say Alastair & Chantall are right up there if not better than anything you could expect in Scotlands finest Hotels.
I will be recommending to my many Company Director friends and hiring PDS Moray again for all our client dinners / family occasions.

Booked Alistair for a family meal, my best idea - ever! We had a beautiful top restaurant standard meal, in the comfort of our own home.
Alistair kept in touch and accommodated all our quirks and produced a stunning meal.
Alistair created this meal in a house with 4 adults, 3 children, two dogs (a husky and a Labrador!), one teenager, with the World Cup and Wimbledon unfolding around him!
