Peppercorn catered our wedding in August 2018 and were fantastic! Adwoa was so helpful, answering my many emails and suggesting things I hadn't thought of, from the type of food service that would work, to the equipment we'd need at our dry-hire venue as it didn't have any kitchen equipment. The Peppercorn team were amazing at setting up our empty venue and bringing my ideas to life. They moved things around between the ceremony & dinner and swiftly cleared everything away so that it was ready for collection by the hire company. The food tasted incredible at our tasting and even better on the day. Our guests all told us they loved the food and even went back for seconds. Serving the food in large serving bowls for guests to help themselves to was such a good idea, allowing them to choose to pile up on their favourites, try a little bit of something new and skip anything that didn't meet their dietary requirements.If you're thinking of using Peppercorn for your wedding, do it. From when we first made contact, to building our menu through several tasting sessions and to the execution on the day, the process was smooth and painless. At all stages the information provided was clear and concise.Adwoa (the owner) is a lovely personality and does all she can to accommodate your requirements and budget, whilst ensuring she delivers the highest quality food. Kenny (the front of house manager) was our day to day contact and superb on the day, doing everything she could to ensure the reception venue was prepped prior to service but also conducted the serving staff to ensure the food was served in a timely manner to our guests.We would definitely recommend Peppercorn Catering if you want high end cuisine at your wedding or event. We have catered for a wide range of clients and have provided bespoke menus ranging from canapés, bowls, plated courses, buffet and so on. We use high quality ingredients and make our food with a great deal of care and passion.
At Peppercorn our food is unique and comprises a mouthwatering fusion of European, African and afro-caribbean flavours. Our dishes are beautifully presented on a range of eye-catching platers and bowls aimed at ensuring that your event stands out.
We have significant experience in delivering a catering experience that ensures your event is a huge success. Our event manager works closely with you in order to fully understand your particular requirements and to ensure that every detail is taken care of.
If you are planning a wedding we normally suggest arranging a tasting session where you will be able to sample your chosen menu and discuss your specific requirements.
In order to ensure the smooth delivery of your event and if required we are able to supply well presented and non-intrusive waiting staff & bartenders.
