Lovely place for camping very well organised with well kept toilets and bathrooms for all genders. Everything you could need is just a question away lovely owners and little breakfast place. Only downside is that it hasnt got alot of protection from the wind which got a bit scary in the middle of the night More...

We were searching for somewhere to stay on a last minute booking, this was a great find! Zenara was in contact with us straight away saying we were welcome to stay for dates we chose, 8th August till 13th, (for height of season we were very lucky) This was a lovely place to stay, stunning views across falmouth bay even tho it rained it was still a great location! Shower and toilet block was very clean and well kept .. we used to see Zenara each day cleaning them an making sure all toilets were topped up with the right facilities. The onsite cafe was an amazing boon, we ate breakfast there every morning, the local fresh produce was very apparent as the couple running it could tell you where all the food was locally sourced... we didn't eat the tai food in the evening but could tell it was a very popular place! Thankyou so much for making our time on your lovely farm a very memorable one.. we will return!! More...

We stayed in a new pod, which was designed in Moroccan style. It was absolutely beautiful and had all that we needed. We were extremely impressed with the design, very cute, beautiful and practical. It had a lovely comfy bed enough for two people, little table and chairs inside for sitting in the night when it got a bit chilly. We definitely made use of the cooker and all the cutlery and pots and pans included with the pod, including a wine stand with two glasses. It has lovely morocco lamp and cute lights where the bed is, which makes it quite romantic. It also has a heater so you never feel cold. It came with two camping chairs, which we were allowed to take to the beach with us. We have a small car so all the provided additions came in very handy. The outside area is quite big, has a table where the whole family or just two people can eat breakfast and dinner enjoying stunning views of the sea in the background. We absolutely loved our stay in the pod, the whole family, two adults and two kids. We also built a tent outside of the area for storage, which made our life much easier. We loved the restaurant that is on the camping site, Marc and all staff were very friendly and the food was delish!!!! The views are unforgettable and that's how I remembered that I stayed at the campsite 25 years ago but I could not remember the name. Zenara the owner was amazing, hospitable, friendly and provided us with all info about interesting local places for us and the children. My daughter said she loved Zenara because she is very friendly and always talked to her. Thanks Zenara for making our stay so special, we will definitely be back!!! More...

We've enjoyed a wonderful week at Penwarne. So relaxed is the atmosphere that there is no 'kick-out' time like many other sites and we are only just about to leave the site at 3pm after completely drying off the tent, enjoying a delicious Thai lunch at te café and packing up at a leisurely pace. We pitched along the back hedge, nicely sheltered from most of the elements and with a glorious view down to the sea. The atmosphere on site is what sells it, the other campers are so friendly, it's quiet of an evening and our children made so many friends. The café serves very good coffee and great cooked breakfasts and Thai food. The homemade marmalade is to die for! We also enjoyed fab food at the tapas restaurant in Mawnan Smith. The site is close to lots of beautiful places - we visited Falmouth, Maenporth beach, Coverack, Helford, Roskillys, Kynance Cove, Trebah Gardens, Flushing and Mylor. Facilities at the campsite are perfectly adequate and clean. Plenty of showers, could be marginally hotter but certainly weren't cold or lukewarm. Only one basin but only had to queue once and who wants to rush on holiday?! Same with the one washing up sink, in fact never had to queue there. Only cold water at that sink but every camper before left a full kettle of hot water so again this was never an issue. A good few picnic benches dotted about, just grab one that's available. Zenara, the campsite manager, comes round each morning and evening, kindly checks in that you're all ok and listens to what you've been up to that day as well as offers lots of advice and recommendations. A very happy and relaxed family about to head home from an amazing holiday. Thank you! More...

Our host Zenara made sure every aspect was taken care of whilst creating a very tranquil relaxing atmosphere.
