I had to take my disabled wife to the doctor’s in the afternoon the doctor said more tests were needed at derriford hospital and made the appointment for following day which was my cleaning day I emailed when I got home but pennys cleaning advised it was not 24 hrs notice and subsequently charged me
even after I explained not very good understanding
