Beautiful! Lovely welcome, rooms were cosy and almost contemporary bathrooms.
The food was delicious if a little awkward, I think the fabulous chef is shy of using potato.
I had a dish served with two types of beetroot and felt it needed just some boiled potato or sauté just to make it a meal. BUT on the second night the guinea fowl was amazing.
This is definitely a place for couples or intimate groups. Beautiful gardens and great location.
We will be back for this Welsh beauty.

The room we were in was tremendous, food exceptional,and the staff were all very friendly, helpful, happy, especially Nia, a credit to the hotel.

Great hotel in fantastic area, we had dinner in the conservatory after an introductory drink and aperitif in the beautiful lounge.
