The service from Pembroke is generally very good, sometimes requiring a follow-up email to get a result but in the main a significant improvement upon previous agents. Being able to talk to the agents on site as well (with regular resident's surgeries, or just during site walk-arounds) is very much appreciated. Katie in particular is very helpful and responsive to issues raised in person or via email. More...

Having moved into a Flat in Tonbridge Kent from Tunbridge Wells at the end of January 2018. I very quickly made contact with the Property Management Co looking after the maintenance etc of the block.Pembroke are based in my old home town of Tunbridge Wells.I have found them most helpful in dealing with my various requests for information as living in a block of flats rather than my own house was very new to me. It is also very reassuring to know that I am not simply a number and that which ever member of their team I speak to, I receive the same friendly professional help and advice. This goes not only for myself as a flat owner but they show the same dedication to ensure that we are all looked after and any problems or concerns are gone into thoroughly and resolved.I receive quick and prompt action whether I e-mail or telephone. I would like to thank Dan Skipp for his attentive service in resolving some issues we had at Clifford Way, Maidstone.
