What’s your signature dish?
As our senior team is made up of seasoned professionals to include former international chefs along with Michelin and Rosette trained chefs there are simply too many to name. From roasted wood pigeon and poached quail eggs salads with a hazelnut oil and balsamic dressing as an ideal wedding starter through to our pulled pork in our southern comfort and lime glazed BBQ sauce, served in wraps with salad and our own Peckish slaw as the perfect street food to end your corporate event or in replacement of a wedding buffet. Or how about a baby chicken Cesar salad in a crispy Parmesan basket as one of our many amazing canapes we can produce for any kind of event. If that isn't enough, why not try our hand made smoked pork and lobster patties with coriander and lime with our signature smoked chipotle and chili jam all served with fresh salad in our homemade artisan breads from our posh patty menu. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Simple - Communication. Here at Peckish we truly believe communication is the key to providing the client with the event they truly want/need. We believe the simplest way to achieve this is with an open, clear and concise level of communication. We are available to all our clients 24/7 and are hear to answer any questions or queries at any time.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything, from being my own boss to creating an amazing team, getting to do the food we love, with the people we love for the people we love. There is no greater form of gratitude then a room full of smiling faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been a chef my entire working life. Having made my way up to the level of international consultant chef working as a consultant chef on a variety of 5 star safari lodges across Africa and then making my way to the Caribbean to open up a series of kitchens in high end beach resorts. I then headed up the team that looked after food and chefs on over 2000 ships around the world. Three years ago, I decided to resettle back into the UK with my wife and three young children but this time to do it for myself. We have since been able to create a number of jobs and are building the foundations for a company that will last many decades to come.
