The main ways that we help our clients are through Physical Training, Nutrition Coaching, and 24/7 access memberships.
-With Physical Training you’ll work closely with one of our knowledgeable, professional trainers either in a Private Session, Semi-private Session, or Online Training environment.
-Private training is expensive but very effective.
-Semi-private training happens in small group that keeps the energy high but is small enough to still be focused on you and exactly what you
-Online training is great for those that would prefer to work out by themselves or at home but still want to make sure that they know exactly
what to do and can ask their trainer questions at any time.
All clients get workouts that are tailored for them and move them directly towards their goals. The training staff not only motivates, teaches, coaches, and helps with accountability but also helps prevent injuries before they start and addresses common movement problems so that you can stay on track longer and stronger.
-With Nutrition Coaching, your fat-loss and muscle building results happen in the kitchen! You’ll work hand-in-hand with a qualified coach (PN1 certified) to learn how to achieve and KEEP your results permanently. You’ll build critical food skills, one on top of the other, and if you can do just 80% of what we ask, you’ll see great results. No fad diets here, we’ll work with your preferences and make the right adjustments to portion size, ingredients, and even your mental game! You’ll get daily accountability and be able to reach out to your coach at any time if you get stuck. High quality supplements are also available through one of our qualified coaches.
-24/7 access is also available to our gym, even if you’re not taking sessions or nutrition training from any of our coaches. Simply ask for your own key and you can come in for your work out at anytime of the day or night. We have squat racks/power cages/bench racks with steel and rubber plates, a set of dumbbells from 5-75 lbs, a set of regulation competition kettlebells from 6kg-32kg, a turf training area with a push sled, several pieces of unconventional cardio equipment (including air bike and rower), as well as many other essential training tools.

I am a long-time member of Peak Conditioning and Fitness. I started in 2016 and still train there 3 to 4 times per week (at least). I thoroughly enjoy attending, not just for the fitness, but Josh (local owner, trainer and military veteran) is great about understanding your fitness goals and how to meet them. He also is a good fitness educator and ensures you're doing certain exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself or work the wrong muscle group. Additionally, the semi-private/group training are ideal because you meet new people, have fun and it's more cost effective than private lessons, and the groups are usually no more than six people. If you're concerned about judgement because you're out of shape, please don't. It's a judgement-free zone. Everyone who trains there is on their own journey and we support each other. I have become stronger, lost both fat and weight and am a healthier version of myself today than I was in early 2016. TL;DR, and no bull - Josh is giving me the tools and attention I need to save my life. My A1c was 13.9% in late December (for anyone who doesn’t speak diabetes, that’s doctor speak for “Why is your blood made of Pixie Stix?!”). I’m obese, I had serious depression and anxiety issues, and while
I like working out, athletic people never made me feel super comfortable in my past. But if someone who fits those same descriptions is reading this, then know that Josh is safe. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable (I have to tell my know-it-all self to shut up and listen sometimes, and it always pays off :)), kind, and energetic. I listened to him, I did what he asked, and my blood sugar got down to 7.7% in three months (doctor speak for “WTF how did you cut your numbers in HALF in three months ”). On top of that, my posture is better, I don’t need to nap for 2-3 hours in the afternoon anymore (unless I eat something stupid, and then that’s MY bad, isn’t it?), my depression is corralled, my anxiety is lessened, and I just feel so STRONG. Everyone’s metabolism and circumstances are different, so don’t come looking for miracles - I still have more work before the doctor will take me off my meds, I’m still obese (it’s only been 4.5 months as of right now), and I know I’ll have to keep up the hard work my whole life if I want to kick diabetes in the head forever - but in the end, if you are willing to put in the work, Josh will give you tools and help you build the habits you need to live. Working out with Josh for the past year at PCF has hands down been one of the best things I could have done for myself. Throughout the year my form and strength have improved, I feel healthier, well balanced and have learned a lot about myself and what I’m capable of.

I have trained with Josh for more than 8 months. My experience in the gym has been absolutely amazing, and much beyond what I expected. I started out as a complete newbie, and over time I have gotten much more stronger, leaner and felt much better about things I could accomplish. I have seen my body push through some of the most difficult workouts with him, that I would have never imagined as a possibility. It was a downright rewarding experience, after each and every workout. Josh's training style is very unique. I didn't feel like I was in a gym just for the sake of being in a gym. Workouts are designed to be very playful and fun-filled. He spaced out exercises nicely, and every month he had a specific theme he worked on. Every month followed on to the next. He kept records of my performance and goals from the first day I joined right till the end. He was very meticulous about making sure I reach my desired goals, and even reminding me how far I have come. He is very disciplined, and I have learnt a lot from training with him. I had to move out of the state for my job, but kept working out with him right till the end. If I hadn't moved, I would have continued for sure. Overall the gym had a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. I made some really good friends here.
