For our first purchase we were assigned Megan to deal with our case. From day one, the communication and the service has been exceptional. The purchase was smooth and completed before my expectations which not only amazed me as a FTB but also amazed the estate agent who said Megan has been amazing throughout. Not only she has an eye for detail but the queries raised to the sellers solicitors showed that each and every aspect of the case has been studied carefully. Megan totally surpassed our expections, after a very difficult and challenging experience during the exchange of contracts with 7 people in the chain Megan took it upon herself to take control of the situation. This was a complicated affair made a hundred times worse by the absolutely appalling behaviour of my buyer's solicitor (WHL for clarity). Craig Stevenson, and his team, of PCS Legal, somehow managed to complete both the sale of my previous house and the purchase of the new one on the correct day. PCS overcame incompetence, wilful delay, lying and obstructiveness on the part of WHL and maintained good humour while doing it. Even on the completion day, WHL looked like they might cause my own purchase to be delayed or to fail. It was a Friday. But somehow my money was collected from WHL and the buying of my new house was completed late in the afternoon. Well done PCS. More...

My 80 year old mother decided to purchase a retirement property which involved also selling her home of 60 years. Megan was so helpful and patient. Explaining the process in every detail for her. My mum changed her mind at least two times about moving.
