Massive shout out to Carli Lane! “Hi, can you help books holiday?” “Sure! Where to” “Don’t really know.” “When?” “No fixed date” “Budget? ” “Erm…..” How Carli did not give up at that point I do not know 🤣 We had a slightly complex holiday request, with a party travelling from USA and us from Scotland, all wanting to meet up and enjoy some family time together. But not arrive on the same day, and not leave on the same day either. Carli patiently helped us make a decision and took care of everything! Allllll the organising, all the details, I literally didn’t have to think of anything! (I’m a bit of an over thinker, and am always the one doing the organising, so can I just say it was truly amazing to be able to put my faith in someone and not have all that pressure on me! I actually HAD A HOLIDAY!) Carli’s attention to detail was outstanding. She kept in touch with timely reminders of everything, took care of checking us in, offered to arrange airport parking, oh the list goes on. Got an amazing wee thoughtful package in the post along with all of the paperwork, vouchers, tickets and even luggage labels that we might need for the trip. While we were away, I messaged her with a question about an excursion, and within half an hour, she had been in touch with the tour company and responded with the information I was looking for! Amazing! I think what I’m trying to say is, Carli took ALL of the stress out of arranging a holiday. And that is absolutely priceless. Don’t expect them to go above and beyond for you. They’ll try and make you feel bad for contacting them ‘too much’ about your holiday of a lifetime and will make it your responsibility/fault when things go wrong. This is the problem when these people don’t actually work for a company (basically it’s a franchise operation). Unfortunately it results in rude and abusive emails from people who have no idea about business or customer service. And there’s no one ‘above’ them to remedy the situation. After two years of restrictions and our 25th wedding anniversary coming up we must thank Trudy Charles for arrange 2 weeks in the Caribbean with all the stress taken off our hands. From entering Gatwick Airport to our return every aspect of our trip ran as smooth as silk, Trudy had organised private pickup to transfer us to the hotel, the only thing we needed to worry about was which Sun lounger to us, the drinks to order and which meals to have.

THANK YOU!!! My partner and I have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime! We were lucky enough to visit Bali for the past 10 nights and could not let it pass without sincerely thanking our Travel Counsellor rep Sarah King! Sarah went above and beyond in every way possible! Not only did she provide us with the most amazing holiday but she provided continued support and reassurance throughout. We booked our holiday a year ago and went through a period of time prior to departure of pure panic and worry as Indonesia continued to keep their boarder doors closed to international visitors. Sarah provided us with many options, solutions and reassurance throughout the questionable timeline and thankfully we were able to pursue our dream holiday! Right up to the eve of our flight Sarah was responding to my “panic questions” (the government guidance was extremely contradicting and confusing, hence my continued concerns) and put me at ease. Sarah also stayed in contact throughout our holiday and even responded to my questions at 4am her time (sorry Sarah!) I can not recommend or show my gratitude enough! 5 ⭐️’s are just not enough! Wow! I have not used a travel agent for several years but with the ever changing advice and rules and regulations that Covid chucks at us I decided a travel agent would give me that added security and knowledge. Our TA Natasha Butler did not disappoint. From my first enquiry about destination choices to arriving home yesterday - everything was taken care of from completed luggage labels, organised travel document wallet, a travel pack with masks, sanitiser, wet wipes and sweets, help and guidance with all the covid passes and passenger locator forms, online check in all with politeness, friendliness, professionalism and a huge wealth of knowledge. There is also a fabulous app you can download on your phone that has all your paperwork downloaded inc all your flight details. We had a couple of issues out there - not the fault of the TA - but the TA was contactable and sorted them out in minutes
Blooming marvellous and highly recommended if you want a TA that goes above and beyond

I was so excited to book my first cruise with TC.
Cunard cancelled twice and I’m still waiting for my refund 2 months later.
I paid via TC not Cunard.

Numerous promises have been made that my money is on the way…. Nothing.

I’m now having to involve Visa and submit a complaint.

Travel gets cancelled, I accept that, but if you want any financial certainty I’d avoid TC at all costs. More...

I could not believe her attention to detail and knowledge of both Tenerife & America. In the space of 24 hours we had booked Tenerife and America thanks to the expertise of Michelle.

Can’t let the weekend pass without sending a MASSIVE thank you to Han Emin of travel councillors. Seamless service with a smile. Needed to get my parents to Cyprus for a week. Gave Han the dates and she took care of the rest, securing great flights with BA at an excellent price. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the holiday at short notice. I can’t recommend Robbie Mullins of Travel Counsellors enough! We were trying to book a trip for six of us to Ibiza, later this year, for our friend’s birthday but were really struggling.
