How long have you been in business?
Passion Domiciliary Care (PDC) is a newly registered Company based in the Tipton area with staff who have over 6 years experience in domiciliary care.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Passion Domiciliary Care (PDC) currently do not provide any supplies and all supplies would need to be provided by the clients. However, with our expansion plans we aim to reach a position where all supplies would be provided by PDC and would remain in the clients home for use.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of assisting individuals to remain comfortable and in their own environment. Building honest and lasting relationships with clients and their families so that we are considered more than just care workers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the industry for a number of years I feel that I have been equipped with the knowledge and qualities to truly assist those who require support. I have valued the experience I have gained whilst working for various care companies and the decision to start my own business was partly based on those experiences. It has motivated me to start a company that always puts the clients and their families first and to provide the best possible care catered to each individual.

Passion Domiciliary Care (PDC) works hard to ensure all Clients are involved in planning the best care package to suite their individual needs. All care packages are person centred and we aim to get to know our clients so that we can fit the best suited carer. All staff are screened through DBS and training is provided to ensure they meet PDC guidelines and requirements.
