As a new tenant to the area I have found the team at Parkes helpful, friendly, efficient, professional and really thorough. They were more than happy to arrange viewings around my hectic schedule and have been really helpful especially given I have cats and not all landlords are comfortable with that. My wife and I are hard to please but must say how delighted we have been with the service we have had over the last 20 years letting out our house in Guiseley, which we have now decided to sell. It was a big deal for us to let our house out, especially as we were moving to Cumbria. I’ve rented from four different local estate agents over the past few years and Parkes & Co have by far been the best. Their customer service is great and they were always really responsive to any maintenance issues I had in the flat - when the washing machine broke, they replaced it within a day without any hassle.
