Bens customer service is very poor. He screens his msgs. We had a major leak from pipe work Ben had installed. I contacted him on a Friday morning when we discovered water coming through our downstairs ceiling. He only responded on Tuesday morning after a bank holiday. In this day and age when people are constantly able to check msgs on phones this is extremely poor. An update on his availability would have been so easy to do. We've used Pamber Plumbers several times now since we moved to our house, initially because of problems with the boiler, boiler controls, thermostats, radiators, gas fire, the list went on and on. Most of the other companies I called were interested in simply selling me a complete new boiler installation. Pamber Plumbers came out and actually checked the existing boiler over to find that it was simply in need of a service and all the other faults could be easily rectified. In a couple of days, true to their word, all the faults were fixed and for the time spent, advice given and quality of work we were charged a fair price and the same system has been running for almost 4 years.
