Steve Paddock launched the company in Malvern, in deepest Worcestershire, five and a half years ago after twenty years as PR director for an integrated marketing company in Worcester.

What do you love most about your job?
Variety! I still love the fact that whilst I know pretty much what each client needs from I don't know from day to day what challenges will be hurled my way. As a PR consultant, whilst you inevitably find yourself specialising in certain areas of work, there is a variety to the sectors you work in, the requirements of each client and the activities undertaken.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked with a number of agencies and in house for employers and decided I needed the independence to do things my way. I had proved they worked over many years but worked in an environment where the on-going security of the company was in question, so wanted to be in control of the rest of my career. Best thing I ever did as it has transpired!
Why should our clients choose you?
Experience, down to earth approach, ability to build excellent working relationships with the clients and the media, ability to write in a number of different formats to meet the media requirements of all types of media, unflapability - calm in all circumstances and confident - to tell a client what they need to hear rather than necessarily what they want to hear. What I do is all about results, not about appearances...
