These guys did a great job on the first clean. They suggested we sign up for their payment plan, which we did. And then 12 months later they cancelled our appointment and have failed to respond to all of our requests for a new date or for a refund for the last 2 months

Work carried out has been exemplary however the terrible communication from ordering a part and (5 weeks later) STILL not replying to messages is frustrating!

Did exactly as promised. Oven was dismantled, cleaned and put back together looking as new. They arrived exactly on time, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves (not an easy feat, considering how messy the job was).
