What do you love most about your job?
All of the work I leads to developing quality, sustainable and positive outcomes for individuals who have care and support needs as well as the businesses who provide these services to individuals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in Social Care for nearly 20 years, I understand the current challenges faced by providers and people who want to begin delivering these services, as a consequence of a dynamic and changing social care market.
I understand every provider and individual within the Social Care Markers is different, the individual needs and the challenges you each face won’t be the same, meaning you want to achieve individual results and objectives by working in partnership with me.

These are cross referenced with the Care Certificate requirements, your own policies & Procedures, Local Authority Contractual Requirements and are designed to be used to sign off competence as well as observed competence once this has been observed by senior staff.
CQC Registration
I can support with complexities of registering as a provider, registering locations or registering as a manager.
Helping you prepare and reviewing your registration documentation and identify any elements of your application that requires amendment or improvement prior to submission.
I can also support with on-site visits pre Location Registration to ensure compliance for registration.
